Choo Choo!

Union Pacific Steam Locomotive No. 844 came and visited Evanston today. It was the last steam locomotive built for the Union Pacific Railroad. We took the kiddies out to see it. Jack was really excited, but I think he gets scared of trains close up. They're a lot bigger than he realizes, and this one was also really loud! Addie didn't like it so much. She was trying to take a nap in her car seat, and the horn woke her up. Poor thing!

Eric says he wants some overalls like this guy. If he asks permission, I'm gonna say no!

Oh, sorry, I left my train comment mixed in with the week in Utah comment!
I agree on the overalls - although Eric is a lot more fit and you never know about how great those might look on a guy so tall and fit as Eric?!!

Wow you guys have been busy the last week it sounds like. I love all of the pictures that you post. Kids just love trains don't they? I always was fascinated with them as a little girl too. Happy Mothers Day and I'm glad you got to see family at the wedding. How great that you're still not too far away from everyone :) Hope you guys have a great week!

That is huge train! I don't blame Jack for being a little nervous about it. Its not quite the same as the thomas he's used to carrying in his little pocket! Cute pics!

Must have been fun for the kids and for you! I kind of like overalls they are cute, on kids and people that is not to round, although they are not that practical on kids when they have to go to the toilet.
