All grown up

Its been obvious from past pictures of Jack that I don't know how to cut hair and I've been putting off the inevitable, but it could be put off no longer. Jack got his first REAL haircut today. It was harder than I thought it would be (no, I didn't cry). Right when the woman started cutting his hair I thought, "oh no, what did I do!" I loved that floppy hair that bounced when he ran. She kept cutting and when she was done I was suddenly looking at a Big Boy...all grown up. He looks so handsome, and now I don't have to be embarrassed when we show up at church with a little guy who is dressed for Sunday, but still has Saturday hair.

He looks so different with his haircut. I do love it though. He's handsome little guy. I think he got the best traits from you each.

Hair cuts really do make kids look so grown-up so fast! I like that shorter hair is so much easier to take care of....no fights with the comb and water!

Oh my goodness... I feel like I'm looking at a little Zach!! I always thought Jack and Zach (ha they even ryhme) looked a little alike especially when Z was young and this hair cut just confirms it!! I totally know how you feel, I always cut (trim)Zach's hair and then one day decided to take him to get it cut and felt just like you did. I now cut his hair again because of that. I too love the floppy locks, but the handsome look is really cute on him too!!

I guess we can't ca;; him "baby Jack" anymore! He does look so grown up! Like you, I loved he back of his hair when he would run and it would bounce and sway! Also, no more nap hair! He makes a very handsome boy! He is sooooo cute and still has those amazing cheeks!

I loved his longer hair but this haircut still gives you long locks with a cleal look. I made a huge mistake of having Chandler's hair shaved when he was too young and from that point there was no turning back. I promised that I wouldn't make the same mistake with Will! Jack is a stud no matter what though!
