Happy Halloween

We kind of skipped out on Halloween this year. No costumes, no trick or treating, no parties. Instead, we decided to spend time at home with our little family. Here are some pictures of the kiddies in their Halloween shirts and Addie's Halloween bibs.

Those bibs are so cute! And I don't blame you for "skipping out"...it's hard with a new tiny one. We didn't do anything right after Parker was born either. It still looks like Jack had a great time with the pumpkin though!

We missed you guys so much at the party. i kept thinking about how much more fun i'd have if you were there. it looks like you had fun as a family, though. i love your cute little kids. jack is always so happy. i want to pinch his little cheeks and give him a big kiss.

I'm a fan of low key holiday celebration as well. How's life with the new little addition? She is so cute. I bet life is busy for you guys. Thanks for your comment. It made me laugh. I would love to get together for lunch or something if you guys come down. It would be great. We're just hanging out here as well so it would be lots of fun. Let's plan more when it gets closer :)

Cute!! Sometimes the funnest times are the ones with just each other! I know you would have loved Carrie's and Brad's - their decorations were awesome!! But Jack and Addie looked so cute and I can tell Jack had a ball with his painted pumpkin! There's always next year - start thinking now of costumes for all four of you for next year!
love,
mom

What a great way to spend Halloween! Jack is the cutest brother- I can tell he loves her from the pictures, and I still can't get over what a beauty Addie is! I can't wait to meet her in person (I know I keep saying that!)

I would have done the same thing for Halloween! There are so many more years to come where you'll be out there journeying from house to house to house with kids that don't want to go home! Rest now while you can, haha! I'm glad you all had fun just chillin' :) And I know I say it like every time but Jack is seriously the cutest kid ever! Addie too ;)
